Constructed in the style of Stalinist Empire architecture, the four-storey building is now home to the city council of Tiraspol. The main entrance to the premises is reached via a ten-column portico and the structure is topped with a spire on which there is a five-pointed Red Star. In front of the building is a bust of Vladimir Lenin.
