Translating as “Ali Pasha’s Field”, Alipašino Polje is an urban neighbourhood in Sarajevo’s Novi Grad (New Town). It consists of three subsections (read housing estates) known as Faza A, Faza B and Faza C.

I saw many buildings like this guys in Kyseri, Turkey, a few weeks back. Felt like I was in Communist Russia. Big high rise, project style developments.
I know the ones you mean in Kyseri. I’ve also seen them on the outskirts of Ankara and other large cities in Turkey – the powers that be must like big housing projects!
